Drive from the airport to Cape Town. Spend three nights in Southern Africa's oldest and most scenic city. Take time to walk or take the cable car up Table Mountain, visit the charming Malay quarter and the wonderful Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens.

Continue along the coast to Hermanus for 2 nights. This cosmopolitan former fishing village boasts some of the finest land-based whale-watching in the world as well as spectacular mountain scenery and lovely sandy beaches for swimming and surfing.

Days 6 – 8

Drive to Kynasa. Spend 3 nights in the Garden Route region, indigenous forests of tall yellowwoods and milkwoods, covering the slopes of the Outeniqua and Tsitsikamma mountains. This region offers a spectacular dramatic coastline giving way to white sandy beaches. Behind the dunes lie placid lagoons bordered by rainforest and soaring mountains.

Days 9 - 10

Fly to Durban for 2 nights at the Dolphin Coast, perfect for swimming, relaxing and seafood cuisine.

Days 11 – 13

3 nights at Mukze Game Reserve. At the foot of Lebombo Mountains you encounter a variety of antelope, wildebeest, zebra, giraffe, hyena and elephant. Open top game drives into both Mkuze Game Reserve and sunset boat cruises on the Lake Jozini

Day 14

1 night in Swaziland. Travel through undulating country dotted with villages and enjoy game viewing in the Mlilwane reserve.

Days 15 – 16

2 nights Kuger National Park. Watch the hippos, elephants and buffalo coming to drink at Crocodile River. Rangers offer guided day and night 4x4 game drives and walks in the Kruger.

Days 17 – 18

2 nights in Blyde River area. This area of tumbling streams and waterfalls amongst indigenous woodland and forest plantations provides scenic drives, relaxing walks, horse riding and golf.

Today you drop off your car at Kruger Airport in time for your onward flight.
